Characteristics:
With a beautiful ruby red color, the lake’s mild climate favors fresh and intense aromas of blackcurrant and cherry. In the mouth it is harmonious, tasty, with good structure.

Combination:
It goes well with cold cuts, pasta dishes, tasty vegetable dishes such as eggplant parmigiana, white meat dishes, rabbit and fresh cheeses.
Serve quite cool at 14°C.
